One of Kenya's oldest firms, founded in 1952 as a single Kiambu coffee farm and now the country's largest listed agribusiness on the Nairobi Securities Exchange. Sasini grows and processes tea (two CTC factories in Sotik and Nyamira), coffee across six Central Highlands estates including Mweiga, and runs a state-of-the-art macadamia factory in Kiambu's export processing zone, employing over 4,000 people as part of the Sameer Group.
